Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items purchased on sale or clearance
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
4. Ship the product back as per the provided guidelines

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved
• Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on your payment method
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• Additional shipping charges may apply

Order Refusal

If an order is refused at delivery without valid reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
